Withyham Parish Council and Committee meetings take place as shown on the Calendar below, and are currently held at Groombridge Village Hall (New Hall), Station Road, Groombridge, TN3 9QR.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend meetings and there is a 10-minute opportunity for members of the public to address the Council. Meetings must operate within Covid guidelines. This limits us to the number of people that we can have present at meetings. In order to manage this we request that those who wish to attend first contact the Clerk clerk@withyhamparishcouncil.org.uk by the morning of the meeting to assist in confirming numbers.

It was agreed at the Full Council Meeting on 16th June 2021 that due to the increased workload associated with making the Post Office a reality, Parish Council Full Council and Finance & Administration meetings will resume from October. However the work of the Parish Council will continue and the Parish Office will still be available to all residents by email, phone and subject to COVID Guidelines in person at the Parish Office.
