Withyham Parish Council Grants

Every year Withyham Parish Council invites local groups to apply for funding through the Grants Application process. From October 2016 Withyham Parish Council is considering grant applications at each of its bi monthly Finance and Adminstration (F&A) Meetings which are as follows: 28 November 2016, 16 January 2017, 20 March 2017, 22 May 2017, 17 July 2017, 18 September 2017, 20 November 2017.

If your group or organisation contributes to the welfare of the community within the Parish by improving or supporting the activities/facilities and would like to be considered for financial support then you can download the  guidelines and an application form. Alternatively they can be obtained from the Parish Council Office: The Clerk, Withyham Parish Council, The Old Station, Station Road, Groombridge, East Sussex, TN3 9RD

The deadline for submitting your application form is noon on the Monday one week before each F&A meeting.

You will also be required to attend the Finance & Administration (F and A) Committee meeting which considers your application at 7.30pm at Groombridge Old Station, when a representative of your organisation should speak to the Committee and answer any questions.
