Footpaths and Rights of Way

Withyham Parish has over 40 miles of footpaths and bridleways and ESCC has responsibility for the maintenance of the vast majority of these. ESCC has recently undertaken a consultation, which they say will help them develop a plan for how the paths are managed in the future. This closed on 20th February 2015.

Please click here for Withyham Parish Council's response.
